The Applicant is seeking condonation of delay for depositing monthly compensation of Rs.15,000/- from February 2024 onwards and arrears of compensation as mentioned in the Order dated 22nd December 2023 passed in Writ Petition No.13950 of 2023. 2.

However, Ms. Nakhwa, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, states that as the said amount is already deposited, nothing survives in the Interim Application.
