She submits that in the meanwhile, settlement has taken place and the Applicants in Interim Application No.8560 of 2024 have handed over possession Sonali

941-IA-8560-2024.DOC of the suit premises to the Respondents. Therefore, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants seeks withdrawal of the Interim Application as also the Civil Revision Application. 2.

Accordingly, the Interim Application as also the Civil Revision Application are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
