The Applicants have filed this Interim Application No.8713 of 2024 for deleting the name of Applicant Trustees Nos.1 to 11 from the cause title and adding new name of Applicant Trustees Nos.1 to 11.

On perusal of application, it emerged that in a joint meeting held on 22/12/2019, the Original Applicants No.1 to 11 (ex-trustees) had handed over the charge and the new trustees have taken over the charge for managing and administering affairs of the said Trust. Therefore, the Applicant prays to delete the name of Applicant Nos.1 to 11 from the cause title of Civil Revision Application and to add the new name of Applicant Nos.1 to 11. In support of their

contention, the Applicants have annexed copies of resolution dated 27/03/2020 of the Trust Board and change report dated 20/10/2020. In such circumstances, Interim Application No.8713 of 2024 deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order :-

1) The Interim Application No.8713 of 2024 is allowed.

2) The Applicants are permitted to delete the names of Applicant Nos.1 to 11, from the cause title of Civil Revision Application by adding new names of Applicant Nos.1 to 11.

3) The Applicants shall carry out amendment within 2 (two) weeks.
