Prayer clause (a) is practically a prayer for seeking final relief, keeping in view that the Petitioner has been subjected to a Departmental Enquiry and by the impugned order, has been dismissed from service. Unless the dismissal is quashed and set aside, granting final relief at this stage may not be appropriate. It was by way of punishment that a portion of the pension has been reduced by 50% and the remaining 50% is being paid to the Gauri Gaekwad
