The Appeal is filed challenging the judgment and order passed by the learned Trial Court dismissing the suit of the Applicant with cost by judgment and order dated 30th March, 2024, however, it is directed not to take coercive action against the notice structure for four weeks from the date of uploading of the judgment. It is submitted that the said period is coming to an end today.

In view of this, interim protection as granted by the Trial Court to continue till next date.
