The learned Additional AGP appearing on behalf of the Applicants points out that by order dated 13th May 2024 the State was directed to deposit the decretal amount along with interest as a condition precedent for seeking a stay of the impugned judgment and order dated 30th November 2021 passed by the Reference Court. He submitted that there has been some delay in depositing the aforesaid amount and sought a two weeks extension.

As a last chance, it is directed that the Appellant shall deposit the decretal amount along with interest within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that if the aforesaid deposit is not made, the Respondent herein shall be free to execute the judgment and order dated 30th November 2021 in accordance with law.

The above Interim Application No.13725 of 2024 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 4.

In light of this order, nothing survives in Interim Application No.8729 of 2024 and the same is disposed of accordingly. 5.

List Interim Application No.8728 of 2024 on Board on 20th November 2024 under the caption "for condonation of delay". 6.
