Delay in taking out this application for the reasons stated in the application is condoned. This application is filed for restoration of First Appeal (St.) No.27552 of 2019 which came to be dismissed by selfoperative order for non-removal of the office objections. 2.

The reasons for non-removal of office objections are stated in the application. Therefore, being satisfied therewith, the first appeal is restored subject to the appellants removing the office objections within four weeks from today.

If the said office objections are not removed within the time prescribed, the first appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court and no application for extension of time will be granted. (JITENDRA JAIN, J.)
