As far as Respondent No.4 is concerned, the learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant states that Respondent No.4 was attempted to serve through private service, but the packet has been returned unclaimed. She therefore seeks further time to serve Respondent No.4.

Considering these facts and circumstances of the case, the Advocate for the Applicant is permitted to serve Respondent No.4 privately, returnable on 17th October 2025.
