The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 280 days in filing the above Appeal. 2.

18.ia.8737.2025.doc far as Respondent No.4 is concerned, an affidavit of service dated 15th October 2025 is tendered to the Court which evidences that Respondent No.4 refused to accept the service. The said affidavit, tendered to the Court, is taken on record.

After hearing the learned advocate for the parties and perusing the above Interim Application, we are satisfied with the explanation for the aforesaid delay. Accordingly, the delay in filing the above Appeal is hereby condoned.

Now that the delay is condoned, the advocates for the Applicant shall remove all other office objections within a period of 4 weeks from today, failing which the above Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.
