The said flat is on the name of respondent no. 1 as seen in name plate in the said building. Therefore, copy of notice was pasted on the door of the respondent nos 1 to 4". The addresses of respondent nos. 1 to 4 are same.
The report below notice is on affidavit of concerned Bailiff. Hence, service of notices upon respondent nos. 1 to 4 be treated as good service vide Order V Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
The notice issued to respondent No. 5 is returned unserved. Hence, two weeks time is granted as a last chance to take appropriate steps for service of notice upon unserved respondent. On failure, necessary order including dismissal of Application against unserved Respondent No. 5 shall be passed on the next date.
