2) Present Application seeking condonation of 155 days delay in filing the aforesaid Appeal.

3) Ms.Dwivedi, learned Advocate for the Applicant states that the Applicant could not file the Appeal on time due to administrative difficulty. 4) Mr.Bohade, learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.1 to 3 has no objection to condone the delay. Respondent No.4 is duly served, but none appeared for Respondent No.4.

5) The delay is not huge. The Applicant has not taken any advantage on account of the said delay. The entire decretal amount along 1/2

H.C. SHIV 28.ia8757.24.doc with accrued interest is deposited in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Nashik.

6) In view thereof and for other reasons stated in the Application, the Application is allowed.

7) The delay of 155 days in filing the Appeal is condoned. 8) Appeal be registered forthwith.
