This application is for restoration of the Second Appeal with a prayer to set aside the conditional order passed by the learned Registrar(Judicial-II). By the conditional order, time was granted to remove office objections, the same was not removed. Hence, registration of the Second Appeal stood dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the only objection remained to be removed is the filing of the certified copy. He submits that a certified copy is now available and will be filed within two weeks. There is a prayer for delay condonation. I have Page no. 1 of 2
