Mr.Singh, learned Counsel, appears for the Respondents and submits that he has no objection if the legal heirs of the deceased original Applicant are brought on record, as per schedule. 3.

Accordingly, the Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus :

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow to bring on record the Applicants as Legal Heirs of deceased original Applicant and Review Petitioner and allow the Applicants to carry out consequential amendment in the cause title of the Interim Application No.1077 of 2024 and in Review Petition St. No. 31128 of 2023."
