This application is preferred in a disposed of Revision Application No.63 of 2021 seeking direction to the Revision Applicant to amend the cause title so as to correct the name of the party as "Popat Trimbak Kale" instead of "Popat Trimbak Lale". 3.

Proposed amendment is essentially in the nature of correction of a clerical error.

Thus, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks.
