The learned Advocate for the Applicant has taken out present Interim Application No.8908 of 2024 to serve Sole Respondent by way of paper publication.

As per office note, the notice issued to Sole Respondent was returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 08/01/2024. "The Respondent not found at above said address and the said premises found demolished last 04 to 05 years back and since then Respondent shifted elsewhere, no one knows their present address."

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware of any other address of Sole Respondent. Thus, only option left is to serve the Sole Respondent by way of paper publication.

The address of Sole Respondent mentioned in the notice is same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as P. Appeal No.60 of 2017 in L.E. Suit No.101/123 of 2012 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application No.8908 of 2024 for paper publication is allowed. Issue paper publication notice to the Sole Respondent. The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect the publication notice within 02 (two) weeks and submit service affidavit with paper cutout within 04 (four) weeks.
