The parties in the First Appeal have resolved the dispute and arrived at consent terms on 11th November, 2025. The signature of the parties have been identified by the respective advocates. Mr. Yogesh and Ms. Neeta Janani are present in the Court along with Mr. Vikas Makhariya. In so far as, Mr. Kishor and Dr. Ashita Janani are concerned, they are abroad, but according to the learned counsel they have signed the consent terms and couriered the same.

First Appeal stands disposed of as per the consent terms arrived at by the parties.
