The Petitioner, apart from other reliefs, is also seeking to question the promotions made under the impugned seniority list. An Intervention Application is filed by some of the employees who have been granted promotion under impugned seniority list. Sneha Chavan

2 23-WP-4828-2022.doc The Intervenors contend that the Petitioner would have remedy before the School Tribunal. This aspect would be considered subsequently, since the relief sought in the petition would directly affect the Intervenors, the Intervention Application is allowed. 3.

The Petitioner will make the Intervenors as party Respondents and supply the copy of the petition to the Advocate for Intervenors. 4.

Reply, if any, of the added Respondents to be filed before next date. Stand over to 2 August 2024.
