I have perused the Interim Application. The Interim Application sets out sufficient grounds for restoration of the Appeal from Order.

In these circumstances, the Appeal from Order and the Interim Application filed therein is restored. The Appellant is directed to remove all the office objections within a period of two weeks from today.
