Respondent No.1-workman has expired during the pendency of the proceedings. It is also despite efforts, no instructions are being furnished by the appellant. For such reason the proceedings cannot be taken further. 2.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of as abated. 3.

The security which was furnished on behalf of respondent No.1 to withdraw the 50% of his backwages, is no more required. It is accordingly discharged. If there are any other dues which are payable by the appellant to the deceased workman, all contentions of the parties in that regard are expressly kept open. 4.

Disposed of. No costs.

Pending Interim Application would not survive. It is accordingly disposed of.
