The Interim Application is taken out to bring on record the heirs and legal representatives of the deceased Respondent No.1(d). There is delay of 36 days in filing the Application.

Although Mr. Shukla, learned Counsel for the Respondents strongly opposes the Interim Application, however, for the reasons set out the Interim Application the same is allowed in terms of prayer

The Civil Revision Application be placed for admission on 17th November 2025.
