It is seen from the record that under impugned Order dated 18th March, 2024 passed in Stay Application No. 3/24 in Revision Petition No. 19/24 filed by Respondent No.1, the Revisional Authority had granted stay to the proceedings of Disciplinary Committee of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. 3.

After rival arguments are heard for some time, learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 (BCI) seeks time to take instructions as to within how much time the Revision Petition filed by Respondent No.1 can be decided on merits, so that it can be informed to the Court on next occasion.
