By this interim application, the applicant/petitioner seeks impleadment of plot holders, who, according to the petitioner, are illegally using the stilt parking area for hotel and restaurant purpose thereby encroaching public roads for illegal parking for their customers.

Let the necessary amendment be carried out by the learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of one week and the plot holders (A to Q) mentioned in para 5 of the interim application be impleaded as party respondents. Reverification is dispensed with.
