The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he has deposited entire decretal amount along with accrued interest before the Tribunal. He further submits that the Appeal is dismissed for non-taking of steps in removing office objections. The learned counsel submits that he did not notice that matter was listed before the Registrar, and as such could not remove N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

In view of the same, there shall be ad-interim stay to the execution of the impugned order of the Tribunal. 4.
