Present application is seeking condonation of 2 years and 120 days delay in filing the said application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased-appellant and permission to bring her heirs on record.

Despite notice of this application, none present for the respondent No.2.

In view thereof and considering the object of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, the application is allowed.

Delay of 2 years and 120 days is condoned.

The appellant shall carry out the amendment and bring the legal representatives of appellant on record within two weeks from today.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
