There are three different advocates appearing for the three different appellant in the same second appeal. They submit that by order dated 19th April 2024, their respective applications for bringing on record names of the respective parties as heir of the deceased sole appellant are allowed. Hence, according to them, all the three advocates would be arguing this second appeal separately, on behalf of the respective appellant. However, none of the advocates are ready to argue the appeal today.

At the request of all the advocates for the respective appellant, list the second appeal on 25th November 2024. on the next date, the learned advocates for the appellants shall address on the query, whether they can appear for separate appellants in the same second appeal, when there is conflict of interest amongst the appellants iner se.
