The learned counsel submits that the first appeal is not dismissed in default, as such, there is no necessity of the application and requested to withdraw the application. The Interim Application No.9280 of 2024 is permitted to be withdrawn. The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

The entire amount is deposited before the Tribunal along with accrued interest thereon as directed by this Court and the claimant has also withdrawn 50% of the amount.
