Heard Mr. Kapadia, learned Advocate for Applicant; Ms. Bharucha, learned Advocate for Petitioner and Mr. Joshi, learned Advocate for Respondent No.1.

The order dated 13.08.2025 stands fully complied with. 3.

Ms. Bharucha confirms that Petitioner - The Central Board of Trustees, Employees Provident Fund Organisation have received the amount of Rs.7,49,48,021/- from the Respondent. 4.

In that view of the matter, Petitioner has lifted the

11.IA.9308.2025.doc attachment from its record of Respondent's property and it no longer subsists. This statement is noted by the Court. 5.

Mr. Kapadia would submit that in view of compliance of order dated 13.08.2025 and statement of learned Advocate for Petitioner recorded today this Court should pass appropriate directions to ensure that attachment on private Respondent's property is immediately vacated / lifted by the Revenue Officer namely the City Survey Office, Mulund pursuant to the orders dated 29.06.2000, 21.07.2011 and 26.03.2012. If any adverse entry is made in Revenue record / property card, inter alia, with respect to above attachment, the same shall be forthwith deleted by the City Survey Office in respect of the Petitioner's property.

City Survey Officer shall act on a server copy of this order downloaded from the High Court website and ensure that there is no delay in vacating / lifting / removing attachment on the private property of the Respondent without any delay whatsoever. 7.

In view of the above, Interim Application and Writ Petition are both disposed.
