This Interim Application seeks amendment in order to bring subsequent events on record Mr.Sakhare, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent no.2 has no VAI

6-WP-6434-2024.doc objection, considering which the application is allowed. The addition be carried out forthwith. The amended copy of the petition be supplied to the respondents by tomorrow. Mr.Sakhare, learned senior counsel for respondent no.2 on instructions makes a statement that there is no necessity of filing any additional submissions to the amended petition and the petition can be finally worked out at the stage of admission itself, to which Mr.Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioners has no objection. Rejoinder, if any, by the petitioners to the earlier filed submissions by respondent no. 2 be filed before the aforesaid date.

The interim order dated 28.5.2024 shall continue by deferring the matter before Joint Charity Commissioner No.1 till 5.7.2024.

The Interim Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
