The parties have placed on record before this Court the order dated 18 August 2025 passed by the Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (Maha RERA) in M.A. No. 563 of 2025 (Stay) in Appeal No. AT006/00396/2025. The said order is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 3.

Upon a perusal of the said order, it appears that the appeal before the Maha RERA, Mumbai has been disposed of in terms of the consent terms executed between the parties, which are now part of record of Maha RERA.

This is clearly borne out from the order dated 18 August 2025. In light of the above developments, learned counsel for the Appellant/Applicant seeks liberty to withdraw this present proceedings/Second Appeal.

Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw this proceedings. 6.

The Second Appeal is disposed of as withdrawn. 7.
