DATE : 4 SEPTEMBER , 2025 P.C. :- 1) Learned Advocate appearing for the Applicant/original plaintiff is not able to argue the case and is seeking accommodation. 2) The present Appellant is the original plaintiff whose suit has been decreed by the City Civil Court.

3) The present appeal has been filed only for the purpose that though the principal amount has been granted by the City Civil Court. The interest has been granted from the date of the decree and not from the date of filing of the suit.

4) So also, the interest percentage has been granted at 16%

KVM 2/2 23 - IA 9425 OF 2024.doc per annum and the claim was 21% per annum. He is also not able to clarify whether the decreetal amount has been received by the Appellant/plaintiff.
