I have heard Mr. Agarwal, learned Advocate for Applicant and Ms. Castellino, learned Advocate for contesting Respondent No.1. 2.

This Civil Revision Application takes exception to the order rejecting Application filed by the Defendant under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

After hearing the parties in the present case and also briefly hearing the inputs given by Ms. Castellino, learned Advocate for the contesting Respondent No.1 who is Plaintiff before the Trial Court, I am of the, prima facie, opinion that both the parties should attempt a

I am sure that both the learned Advocates shall do their best. Needless to state that the suggestion made by the Court is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of both the parties. 4.
