The above Interim Application is filed seeking amendment of the above Writ Petition. Considering that this is a pre-admission amendment, we do not see any impediment in allowing the same. Accordingly, the above Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus: "This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the Applicants to carry out the Scheduled Amendments to the main Writ Petition No. 5640 of 2024."

The amendments shall be carried out within a period of one week from today and a copy of the same shall be served on the learned AGP appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 immediately thereafter. 3.

As far as the other interim relief sought in the above Interim Application is concerned, we cannot consider the same at this stage and will consider when we hear the Petition for admission. 4.

The above Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Place the above Writ Petition on board on 27th June, 2024 for admission.
