The Claims Tribunal, Pune has decided two claim Petitions No.569/2016 and 534/2017. Present appellant is a Petitioner in M.A.C.P. No.569/2016. It seems that three ladies are claiming to be the wives of the deceased. They are Shubhangi, Sunita and Anita. The Claim Tribunal has shared the compensation in between Shubhangi-appellant and respondent-Sunita and Akshay (who claims to be son of the deceased begotten to Anita).

Even though appellant claims about private service, let notice be issued to Respondents on delay condonation application as well as proposed appeal, returnable on 12 December 2024. Interim Application No. 9470 of 2024 (for Stay) In First Appeal (st) No. 13495 of 2024 4.

The appellant is claiming stay to the implementation of the award.
