Surendra Kumar Chowdhary present for the Applicant The learned advocate for the applicant submitted that on 18.02.2025 itself he has supplied copies and paid postal charges in the department. However, the office remark is contrary.

Therefore, the Assistant Registrar of First Appeal Branch is directed to personally verify the matters before placing the same on the board of Registrar (Judicial-II) and take care that the matters, wherein learned advocates have supplied copies and paid postal charges for issuing notices, shall not be listed under wrong caption i.e. for supplying copies and payment of postal charges etc. If it is notices that though the learned advocate has supplied copies but still matter is listed for the same purpose, then appropriate action regarding negligence shall be initiated against the concerned staff.

Issue notices to respondent Nos. 2 and 5, returnable by 10 weeks.

The learned advocate for the applicant further submitted that he has filed Interim Application (Stamp) No. 6505 of 2025 for substituted service of notice by way of paper publication upon respondent No. 1. Hence, the office is directed to verify and place the same with proper remark.
