The Registrar (Judicial-II) vide order dated 09 June 2025, allowed Interim Application No. 8301 of 2025 for substituted service of notice upon respondent No. 1. The learned advocate was directed to collect copy of publication notice within two weeks and thereafter to file affidavit of service of notice alongwith published copies of notice of newspapers in the department within 08 weeks. However, the office remark discloses that though the learned advocate for the applicant has collected the copy of notice on 23.06.2025 for publishing the same in the newspaper, he has not filed published copy of newspaper till date. As such, it appears from the record that though ample time and opportunity was granted to the learned advocate for the applicant to publish the notice in daily newspaper and file it's copy on record, the leaned advocate for the applicant has not supplied copy of published newspaper in the department. In such
circumstances, two weeks time is granted with direction to supply published copy of newspaper of notice of respondent No. 1 without fail. On failure, Interim Application No. 9469 of 2024 and Interim Application No. 9469 of 2024 (for condonaltion of delay) and lnterim Application No. 9470 of 2024 (for grant of stay) would stand dismissed against unserved respondent no. 1 without further reference to the court of Registrar.
