Mr. Lad, the learned counsel for the Respondent - MHADA states that even the copy of this Interim Application has not been served upon the Respondent - MHADA.

However, we have perused the Application. The reasons set out are that the Applicant is a senior citizen and there was some 22 August 2024

Considering the reasons set out, we condone the delay, recall our order dismissing the Petition for non-clearance of office objections and restore the Writ Petition.

The Applicant/Petitioner must now clear the office objections within two weeks i.e. on or before 05 September 2024, failing which the Petition will once again stand dismissed for nonprosecution without further reference to this Court. 6.
