The officials of the Planning and Development Authority and the petitioner to hold a joint inspection at the sealed property tomorrow i.e. on 26th June 2024 at 11.00 a.m. onwards. At the joint inspection, the seals to be removed temporarily so that the inventory 25th June 2024

501-IA-9501-24.DOCX can be prepared of the articles in the demolished premises. If the petitioner wants to take away or cover such articles, learned counsel for the respondents states that there shall be no objection. 3.

Further, learned counsel for the respondents states that there shall be no objection to the petitioner removing two cars from the property. He says that in fact this was offered to the petitioner at the time of the sealing. Even such a statement about the respondent having no objection to removing the cars is recorded and accepted. 4.

In so far as the fruits on the trees are concerned, if indeed there are such fruits, learned counsel for the respondents states that there shall be no objection to the petitioner taking away such fruits within reasonable time.

The inspection report should be filed in this Court on or before 28th June 2024.

Stand over to 28th June 2024.
