The learned Advocate for the Applicant has taken out present Interim Application No.9503 of 2024 to serve Respondent No.1 and 2 by way of paper publication.

As per office note, the notice issued to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 was returned unserved with Bailiff's remark dated 22/03/2024, "Not found at given address and premises found lock, on inquiries with neighbour, it is reported that the said Respondent Nos.1 and 2 not staying at said premises and whereabout are not known to him".

The learned Advocate for Applicant is not aware of any other address of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Thus, only option left is to

serve the Respondent No.1 and 2 by way of paper publication.

The address of Sole Respondent mentioned in the notice is same as mentioned in the Interim Application and in the memo of Civil Revision Application as well as Appeal No.506 of 2006 in RAE Suit No.867/1475 of 2000 before the Trial Court.

In turn, Interim Application No.9503 of 2024 for paper publication is allowed. Issue paper publication notice to the Respondent Nos.1 and 2. The learned Advocate for the Applicant is directed to collect the publication notice within 02 (two) weeks and submit service affidavit with paper cutout within 04 (four) weeks.
