It has been pointed out by the learned Amicus that in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the said order, name of the department of the Government has wrongly been mentioned and in place of "the Department of Medical Education & Research" it should be "the Department of Medical Education & Drugs". 4.

Accordingly, in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the said order, "the Department of Medical Education & Research" shall be corrected to read "the Department of Medical Education & Drugs".

Order dated 14 December 2024 be modified accordingly and upload as order No.2 in this matter.
