This Interim Application is taken out for restoration of Second Appeal (ST) No.17990 of 2023. The said Second Appeal has been dismissed by order dated 11th March 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II).

The Second Appeal was dismissed by conditional order of learned Registrar (Judicial-II), as the office objections were not removed.

It is the submission of Mr. Mali, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicants that the Second Appeal was dismissed for nonprosecution before the pre-admission stage. Mr. Mali, learned Counsel states that the Applicants will remove the office objections within a period of four weeks from today.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), by setting aside the order dated 11th March 2024 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II). 5.

The Second Appeal (ST) No.17990 of 2023 is restored to the file of this Court, on the condition that, the office objections shall be removed within a period of four weeks from today. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
