In our opinion this is a fit case which needs to be settled. Learned Counsel for the parties would also agree. As informed to us, the marriage lasted for only one month, however, the parties are before the Court since almost twelve years. This is the plight of the case. Both the learned Counsel would explain their own welfare and interest to the parties and make an endeavour to settle the dispute between the parties only to the marriage expenses. Let such an endeavour be made on or before the adjourned date of hearing and final consent terms be placed on record. 2.
