The Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 have been served two notices so far. The Petitioner will serve the copy of the Interim Application to the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 and file affidavit of service. If the Respondent Nos. 5 & 6 do not enter their appearances, it would be presumed that they are not contesting the prayers made in the Petition and the Interim Application.
