Learned counsel appearing for the Respondents submits that the private paper-book as permitted by order 14th March, 2024, will be filed within a period of four weeks.

Learned counsel for the Appellant seeks continuation of adinterim relief which was granted by order of 9th May, 2024. The said request is opposed by the learned counsel for the Respondents contending that the civil suit is pending in which the Appellant can seek appropriate relief. He submits that the subject matter of the suit sa_mandawgad 1 of

28fast2490-24 is a premises which is belonging to the trust. He submits that in respect of the same, the civil suit has been filed and appropriate relief can be sought in the said proceedings.

By the order of 14th March, 2024, the Record and Proceedings was called for and undertaking was given by the learned counsel for the Respondents that the paper-book would be filed. Office noting indicate that the Record and Proceedings is not received and neither the private paper-book is filed. Interim relief granted earlier is to be continued as there are certain compliance pending on part of the Respondents.

List the Appeal on 12th July, 2024.
