The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that in Paragraph No.4 it was dictated in the open Court that the Claimant is permitted to withdraw 65% amount granted by the Tribunal. However, the order records that the 60% N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

The learned counsel appearing for the Insurance Company has also not disputed the same.

In paragraph No.4 in line no. 9 instead of 60% it would be read as 65%. Correction be made accordingly. Preacipe is disposed of.
