After arguing for some time when this Court was not inclined, considering the order dated 7th March, 2024 by which the earlier application for stay was allowed subject to the deposit of decretal amount with interest, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the Application. Despite the earlier Application for stay being adjudicated by order dated 7th March, 2024, the fresh application has been filed with incomprehensible prayers. By order of 7th March, 2024, this Court had directed the Applicant to deposit the decretal amount with interest within a period of six weeks.

Admittedly, there is non-compliance of the said order as only Rs.17 lakhs was deposited. The present interim Application is totally misconceived and same is dismissed with cost of Rs.10,000/- to be paid to the Respondent within a period of one week from today. [Sharmila U.
