The relief sought in the Interim Application is to recall order dated 23rd March, 2023 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II), by which two weeks time was granted to take steps against the unserved Respondent No.6, failing which the Second Appeal was directed to be dismissed as against the said unserved Respondent No.6. 2.

For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). 3.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms, with no order as to costs.
