4-5-rpw(st)16266-2024.doc P.C.:

1.

The order under review has effect of bringing heirs and legal representatives of original respondent on record. The reason assigned in the impugned order and considering the rights affected, the order under review cannot be said to be an order suffering from error apparent on the face of record. Therefore, there is no merit in the review petitions.

2.

Both the review petitions stand dismissed.
