This application is preferred in a disposed of Appeal From Order. By this application the applicants seek modification of the order dated 2nd August, 2023, whereby Appeal From Order No.435 of 2023, came to be disposed, to the extent that a declaration be made that regularization of the Loft is neither necessary nor required to be done under the provisions of DCR and, in the alternative, status quo be granted till the disposal of the pending LC Suit No.420 of 2023.

The applicants seem to be under a misconception that in a disposed of Appeal from Order they can seek orders as can be sought from the Court of first instance. 4.

There is no reason to entertain this application in a disposed Appeal from Order.
