The learned advocate for applicant submitted that address of responodent no. 4 has changed and he has furnished fresh and correct address of respondent no. 4 in praecipe. He requested to add the new address of respondent no. 4 in aforesaid proceeding and delete existing address of respondent no. 4 and to issue notice to respondent no. 4 on fresh address.

In this regard, learned advocate for applicant is directed to file interim application within two weeks to carry out amendment for deleting

address of respondent no. 4 and to amend his new address.
