It is has been informed that by virtue of consent terms dated 19 September 1979, the assignee, under the said consent terms, is representing respondent No. 3(ii) & (iv).

Since by virtue of consent terms, rights of 3(iii) have been assigned in favour of respondent No. 3(i) and contesting the respondent is representing respondent No.3(i), there is no need to serve the legal representatives of respondent No.3 again. Hence, the acceptance of service by Ramesh Dharamdas Nasta is treated as valid service and is authorized to represent respondent No.3. The writ petition be therefore fixed for admission and for final disposal on 30 March 2026.
